About Me
Born 13th October in the North-East of England. I've never wanted to move far from home, and am now living in Hartlepool since March 2006 when I moved due to work.

I have one brother, Graeme, who is now working for a large water purification company in the south of England, so I no longer see him very frequently. I always look forward to seeing him, as have got on with him well from a very young age.

Jobwise I'm now working for Onyx Internet in Middlesborough who primarily provide business connectivity and services. I work as part of the Engineering team at Onyx, fiddling about behind the scenes with the network and server platforms. One of most favourite jobs I've ever undertaken, and enjoy the challenges it brings along.

My car is the Z3 Roadster 1.9, for more info have a look at the Z3 page. That was obiously my inspiration to getting the domain-name, and the only question I've not yet answered, is what happens when I sell the car!

I own a small black cat called Pepsi. As many people will know, I used to have another male cat, Max who sadly  was attacked and didn't survive in May 2006 (not long after moving).
The good news is that we adopted a new kitten, and are starting to get to grips with raising a kitten, which is so much hard work compared to our older cats! He is fantastic though, and yet to have a name so generally answers to 'baby'

My interests are mainly around computers, O/S of choice naturally Linux (Of which I mainly work with Slackware, Debian, SuSE and Knoppix), I've also got an interest in photography, and digital editing, home security/surveillance and electronics, more recently I've also re-awoken my love for music and broadcasting, starting to do voluntary work for the regions RSL community radio station Radio Hartlepool. This is now taking more of my time, and I'll create a dedicated page shortly, as there is a lot I've learnt, and think I can help others on radio broadcasting, from a technical point of view.

Most bits that I'm interested in are in this site, email me if you're curious or want any more info on anything, i'm always happy to chat about techie stuff! (Or find me on various UK mailing lists)
